Finished commission for *snurkmaiden
Sorry for taking so long to post. I will try to get better about that. This freakquine represents the aspect of the commissioner's personality which was, in this case, her unique joy and how I feel she spreads it to others. The pose I made to be somewhat playful. The skull face is to show something different while it is vaguely feathered to seem I guess unique. The holes in the body are of course just a touch from me and the colours are some that I feel would represent her in equine form. The large pinkish-violet horns seem like some interesting fashion choice which I identify with her for some reason (even if I have never seen her) ^n.n^ On a sidenote, I am really not fond of using oil pastel on Bristol board. I am sorry if the blending looks a bit off...I was having a lot of trouble. Time: ? Tools: 0.5 mm mech pencil, Bristol board, oil pastels, mineral oil, q-tips.
